Return & Exchange Policy


ADDITIONAL CHARGES

  • ₹100 return charge will apply for all returns.
  • ₹100 exchange charge will apply for all exchanges.

Important: If you use a COUPON CODE, no returns will be accepted.

 

EXCHANGES

At MyWestern, we are committed to designing and manufacturing products of the highest quality and best fit. If the product doesn’t fit your size, we offer a hassle-free exchange process.

  • Eligibility:
    • Initiate an exchange request within 5 days of delivery through our website using your order number.
    • The product must be in resalable condition, unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
    • Note: Items purchased from clearance sales are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Exchange Steps:
    1. Submit an exchange/return request through our website: RAISE RETURN REQUEST.
    2. Reverse pickup will be initiated within 3 to 4 Days
    3. Handover the package to the pickup agent with tags intact. Returns with improper tags or products not in resalable condition will be rejected.
    4. Upon pickup, you’ll receive a COUPON CODE (value excludes COD handling charges) within 24 hours via email.
    5. Use the COUPON CODE to place a fresh order for a replacement or another product from our website.
    6. For exchanges, once pickup is complete, your new order will be created and shipped within 48 hours. Updates will be shared via email and WhatsApp.

REFUNDS

  • All refunds are issued as a COUPON CODE for future purchases.
  • No refunds will be processed to bank accounts.
  • The coupon code will be valid for the outfit's value (excluding COD handling charges).
  • Note: If a COUPON CODE is used, the item is not eligible for return.

UNSERVICEABLE PIN-CODES

If your PIN code is unserviceable for reverse pickup, you’ll need to self-ship the product to us:
